Not happy with your Hoygi product? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you.
Email support@tryhoygi.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
We reply within 5 business days with the next steps.
Send the product back to the return address we provide. Return shipping costs are paid by you
How you get your money back
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
Shipping costs are not refunded, except when the item was wrong.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email support@tryhoygi.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund.
Customers in the EU and UK
You also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to sealed cosmetics that have been opened after delivery. Our 30-day guarantee above applies on top of your legal rights.

Gift cards, items bought on final sale, orders older than 30 days.
