Where we ship from
Every Hoygi product is made in South Korea and shipped from South Korea or our distributors directly to you.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or customs checks.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can check your order status through your account or our Track Your Order page.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices include all duties and import taxes, there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. 
Check your shipping address carefully. Contact us within 2 hours if you need to change it.
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, email support@tryhoygi.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
