These terms apply to every visit to tryhoygi.com and every order you place. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.
Our products
Hoygi products are cosmetics for external use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Read the ingredient list before use, do a patch test if you have sensitive skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in your selected currency and include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout. Discounts apply only as stated on the product page and at checkout.
An order is accepted once we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious price error, suspected fraud or stock problems. If we do, you get a full refund.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and other providers. We do not store your full card details.
Shipping and risk
Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.

Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a review, photo or message, you allow us to use it on our website and social media. Reviews must reflect your honest experience. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to tryhoygi.com or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the courts of The Hague, unless consumer law in your country says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.
